How to ask WineRoutes to delete your account data or associated profile records.
How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your WineRoutes account data by emailing privacy@wineroutes.wine from the email address tied to your account.
The request should include your display name, account email, and whether you want only account closure or full associated content removal where applicable.
What may be retained
WineRoutes may keep limited records required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, financial reconciliation, or security investigations.
Cached content stored only on your device can also be cleared from Profile preferences.
Additional note
Deletion requests may require identity verification before account and content removal is completed.
